The contact form
It asks for your name, email, phone (optional), the company you want to reach and your message. We send it by email to our inbox and pass it to that company so it can answer you. We keep it only as long as we need to deal with your enquiry, and no longer than 24 months.
Job applications
The careers form asks for your name, email, phone (optional), the position, your CV and anything you want to tell us. We keep applications and CVs on our own server, and only our HR team and the managers hiring for the role see them. Anthropic's Claude, an AI service, reads each application to help HR sort applications against the role. People make every decision. We delete applications 24 months after they arrive; until then we may consider you for later openings.
What we do not do
We do not sell your details or use them for advertising. This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, in line with Oman's Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022). Write to info@mni-llc.com and we will answer within 30 days.
