Sales Executive

Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive for MNI-PCD, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing clients. Your primary focus will be on selling our comprehensive pest control services to residential and commercial clients. This role requires a dynamic and motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Conduct research to identify potential clients and industries with a high likelihood of requiring pest control services.
  2. Client Consultation:
    • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ pest control needs.
    • Provide detailed explanations of the company’s services, products, and pricing to potential clients.
    • Customize solutions based on the specific requirements and concerns of each client.
  3. Sales Presentations:
    • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the company’s value proposition.
    • Effectively communicate the benefits of our pest control services and address client questions and objections.
  4. Proposal Development:
    • Prepare and present professional proposals outlining the scope of services, pricing, and terms.
    • Work closely with the operations team to ensure accurate and feasible service delivery.
  5. Negotiation and Closing:
    • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to secure profitable contracts.
    • Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  1. Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
    • Collaborate with the customer service team to address and resolve client concerns promptly.
  2. Market Research:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
    • Provide feedback to the marketing team on potential opportunities and challenges in the market.
  3. Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including client interactions, proposals, and contracts.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pest control industry or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Arabic.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Education:

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
